• 1 oz sweet vermouth

• 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 1/2 oz aperitif

• 2 oz Giant 95 Bourbon
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz agave
• 3 dashes cherry bitters
• 1 oz cherry juice
Add ingredients in tin with ice and shake vigorously. Use a smoke snifter and
place a beverage napkin on top to trap smoke until ready to present. Strain the cocktail into smoked glass.

• 2 oz Giant 100 Rye
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz blood orange syrup
• 1 tsp egg white

• 2 oz BJ Hooker’s Vodka
• 3/4 oz spiced brown sugar syrup
• 3/4 oz Cappio Cold Brew
• 1/4 oz half and half
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients, except half and half, in a tin with ice and shake vigorously. Coat rim of glass with graham cracker crust. Strain over ice and top with half and half..
