95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley

With a mash bill of 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley, this rye is aged at least three years and made with non-GMO Texas Grains. Proudly made at Giant Texas Distillers in Houston, Texas, our Grain to Glass Rye has a nose of honey, caramel, butterscotch, molasses, and brown sugar with hints of leather and dark chocolate. The palate brings black pepper, cinnamon, allspice, and black tea. The finish is a pleasant linger of spice, toasted oak, candied apples, and butter.
