Aged for two to three years, the mash bill is 75% Corn, 21% Wheat, and 4% Malted Barley. The aroma gives off vanilla, caramel, sweet cornbread, hard candy, fruit, and candied apples. The palate will bring a balanced sweetness with nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, melted caramel, and cloves. The finish is of light rye spice, sweet candied apples, and toffee.
